Is this supplied with a UK plug?
Answer: No. Mine arrived with a European plug, but I bought a cheap converter plug. -

Does this come with pipes?
Answer: This comes complete with a length of pipe that you cut to fit your setup and all fittings and media for the trays are also included. -
Question:
Could you tell me if the inner hose size is 18mm or what size the external connectors are?
Answer: Yes, they are the larger 18mm pipe work. However, I have started mine with 100mm of 18mm then used reducers to take it down to the smaller gauge stuff which is not a problem as on the filter itself there is a control to reduce the flow rate. -

What's the length of the flex pipe that comes with the filter?
Answer: I've a juwel 190 corner tank bought this ehime external filter no where near enough pipe run it with no problem for a couple of months, rubbish…. It started to leak so underneath the stairs it went after a thorough clean for a start there’s not enough media the pipe looked horrid …. So I’ve bought 2 internal interpet pf4 filters and never looked back fantastic filters crystal clear water I’ve a wave maker in the tank to happy days my advice is quite simple by 2 interpet pf4 internal filters happy fish and no head stress 25% water changes weekly job done
