Answer: It's simple. Put the padded part over the door. Close the door so it's secure. One foot in one loop and one hand in the other. You then just pull. So it strengthens the arm as well. -

Answer: I suppose you could put a secure rail up to put the part that's supposed to go over the door. As long as you trust it, as it needs to hold a bit of weight. -

Answer: No, it only has 3 levels to stretch. And if you are 5ft 2in or shorter in height it's useless. I have the flexistretcher and that's much better. -
