Answer: Nope. I have never found a soap/ body wash that has been sealed off a shelf at any store. I figure there are less people handling it than at a brick and mortar store, so it still seems better to me. -

Answer: It is PH balanced for your feminine area. They have a body wash for the rest of your body. -

Answer: How to apply: Pour a few drops into hand or wash cloth and cleanse gently. Rinse thoroughly. -

Answer: Because this is specifically for woman in menopause period about 50 years old. The Ph is to protect and is very low. You can use normal intimate soap. -

Answer: Hi, this is ph 3.8 and 6.8 fl oz. Sebamed makes two versions - ph 3.8 and ph 6.8. This is ph 3.8 version.
