The product does not fit a 1991 4 speed Chevrolet 2500 350 or any Nissan and BMW applications. The flywheel comes with a pilot bearing and works perfectly well in a 92 Honda Civic with a 5-speed manual transmission. It is a great OEM quality product which holds very good friction. The flywheel has some marks but was an exact replacement for a Honda Civic. It is easy to install and a great option for low price buyers. Some users claimed to have experienced faster car revs. Overall, it is an excellent buy for Honda Civic owners who need a new flywheel.
