It is a great value and easy to install, and includes plenty of rubber rings to make a tight seal around both the pipes and electrical cables going to the pump. However, it does not come with a seal for the electrical wires, and there were no instructions found inside the packaging. Some users had trouble with the diameter and hole placement of discharge pipes, or with some bolt holes not lining up. One customer stated that it worked for them but couldn't be fitted perfectly. Additionally, one user received the product with damaged packaging and some bolts had fallen out. Another customer purchased it thinking it was a new cover for their existing basin, but it turned out to be just a cover for their dome kit. However, it helped them to reduce radon levels significantly.
