The polyester kites come with a frame and instructions, although it might be difficult to find these. The kites are easy to assemble and fun to decorate, but the included markers are of low quality. There's also a small red piece that goes in the middle to pop in the horizontal pieces in. These kites have the potential to fly high when wind speeds are between 5-18 mph. Unfortunately, some customers encountered problems with these kites such as spinning in a circle or nose diving into the ground. A problem that seems associated with flimsy tails. Some customers found this disappointing for the kids, stating that these kites are a waste of money. Others had success with these kites and reported excitement from their children in personalizing them. Lastly, these kites are easy to assemble and are durable.
