The Donner Guitar Stand is an attractive wooden stand that requires little to no assembly. It comes in a mid-mod design that compliments your living room decor. This stand is stable and has good protection for guitar finishes. It is also sturdier than the cheap two-piece stands and provides good padding for instruments. However, some customers have found that it's not very sturdy when setting your guitar on it and while picking it up off the stand. It’s really tippy! One customer mentioned that the weight of their Fender Stratocaster sheared off one of the metal arms within a year, making it seem flimsy and rickety overall. Another found that the tape used at the top of the stand didn't stick to the wood, and one leg of the stand had a gouge in it. Nonetheless, this stand is valuable for the price.
