The PremiumCraft Square Braid Cotton Candle Wick - #1 comes unprimed and requires priming before use, the package includes instructions on how to do so. The wick size depends on the diameter of the candle being made and a chart is available on the product page. The product is not identified as being made by Atkins & Pearce. The wick is recommended for candles up to 2.5 inches in diameter and not suitable for typical 1-inch taper candles as it will burn quickly. Regular 20mm x 6mm wick tabs can be used for this wick size. Overall, customers have commented that the product is of good quality and works well for bigger candles, but they also recommend using a smaller size for smaller candles.
