répondre: Sorry, wish I knew, had understood one could, but I can't figure it out. -

Daft question maybe, but how do you switch it on? Its all up and plugged in..is there a switch I can't find?
répondre: Hi, you turn it on with the plug they supply. If you look at it, it has a small button on it. Press this. If it still doesn't come on, check if you have screwed the two leads together properly and have the switch turned on on the power supply. Hope this helps. -

Are the flashing lights quiet?
répondre: If you mean do they play a tune? No, they just flash. -

How do you get the tree into the stand? Mine has some sort of stopper at the base of the tree which I can't get off, so it won't go through the hole of the stand.
répondre: I had to really prise the stopper out (screwdriver)...It was quite hard...I don't use it now. The tree is lovely.
